TERMS
Quick Questions:
If you have general questions that do not require the reviewing
of your records/history, then click the Quick Question button
on our home page. Be sure to read the instructions as
you go through the process of asking a quick question.
You will be asked to remember your Hot Topic ID number so
that you will be able to find the counselor's response on
the Hot Topics page.
Hot
Topics:
Hot Topics is another name for FAQ - except these are dynamic
and current questions asked by students/potential students.
We call them Hot Topics because they are concerns that are
being asked now! Take note of the expiration dates and
any Special Programs attached to the counselors' responses.

to help the site be the most secure for you, such as the following:
Do
not share your username/password with anyone.
Once another person has this information, they may access
your portal - they could read your counselor sessions, submit
questions as if they were you, or delete the sessions from
your portal without your knowing.
Be
sure to logout after each session. Once
you leave the computer you are using, LOGOUT! Why?
The next person to use the computer could have access to your
portal. (There is a time-out function for your portal of twenty
minutes.)
Change

You
